The Degrees of the Healing Crystals
of Shambhala
The Healing Crystals of Shambhala consists of 3 separate
attunements. Each attunement will encode several crystals into the
recipient’s auric field, chakras and palm chakras, giving them
access to the energies whenever they are needed. The first set of
crystals wil be the foundational energies of this system and are
called The Seven Sacred Shambhala Chakra Crystals

The Seven Sacred Shambhala Chakra Crystals – The Crystals are

days after level 1. This will give the recipient time to work with each
of the Seven Sacred Shambhala Chakra Crystals in meditation and

The final attunement to the Healing Crystals of Shambhala is to the
Phantom Crystal of Shambhala. This distant attunement encodes
the etheric frequencies of the astral realms and the Master
Phantom Crystal. This connection will help you to tap into the
Phantom Crystal which is one of the most advanced forms of
energy work to date. You can visualise this or you can use a proxy

The Healing Crystals of Shambhala
Distant Attunement Procedure
I want to keep the process of passing these attunements as simple
as I can so it is for this reason that it is sent to your student using
the Intention Method. The Intention Method is still something that
not many teachers or students are 100% comfortable with, but I can
promise you that if it didn’t work, I wouldn’t recommend that this or
any attunement be sent this way. All you need is your intention for
the energies to be sent and your student’s intention for the energies
to be accepted. The universe will do the rest. You will be sending
this attunement by intention and a little visualisation. If you find
visualisation difficult, this is not a problem. As long as the intention
is there, the attunement will work. Please feel free to use any
existing intention method to pass on this attunement but if you
would like to use the attunement procedure that I use please read
the following:
I INTEND THAT {STUDENT’S NAME} WILL BE ATTUNED TO THE
ENERGIES OF THE HEALING CRYSTALS OF SHAMBHALA
{STATE LEVEL AND THE NAME OF THE CRYSTALS}. I INTEND
THAT THE ENERGIES WILL FLOW THROUGH {STUDENT’S
NAME} SO THEY WILL RECEIVE THE PUREST AND MOST
ADVANCED ENERGIES THAT THEY CAN HANDLE AT THIS
TIME. I ALSO INTEND THAT THE FINPOPOPOLLO SYMBOL
WILL BE ENCODED INTO {STUDENT’S NAME} HEART AND
PALM CHAKRAS, INFUSING THEIR MIND, BODY & SPIRIT WITH
THE BLESSINGS THAT IT CONTAINS.
The attunement will automatically start and will stop when the time
is right. Please note that the time for any attunement to be accepted
will differ from person to person. Some will accept energies very
quickly and their attunement will be over in a matter of minutes,
while for others it can last for hours or days. Please just accept
whatever happens, for it will be unique for you. There is never any
right or wrong way to work with energy.

The attunement can also be sent to someone using the chi ball
{call-in} method, and this is in all honesty, my preferred method for
this attunement to be sent. To use this method of sending the
attunement is just as effective and all you need to do is simply
imagine an etheric ball or capsule in front of you, then follow the
above attunement procedure by placing all the information into this
etheric ball. When you sense that the ball of light is full, you can
imagine it drifting off into the ethers where it will wait until your
student intends to accept the chi ball, which will then appear within
the specified chakra where it will infuse its energies directly into it.

Accepting the Healing Crystals of
Shambhala Distant Attunement
To receive this attunement all you need to do is settle yourself either
by sitting upright in a comfortable chair or by lying down in bed.
Take around 5 deep breaths in, each for a count of 4, and then
slowly exhale. On each exhalation, imagine all negativity flowing out
of you in a grey mist. After you have centred yourself or when you
feel centred, please say the following or something similar:
“I ACCEPT THIS ATTUNEMENT TO THE ENERGIES OF THE
HEALING CRYSTALS OF SHAMBHALA {STATE LEVEL AND
THE NAME OF THE CRYSTALS}. WHICH IS BEING SENT TO ME
BY {TEACHER NAME}. I INTEND THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE
STRONGEST ENERGIES THAT I CAN HANDLE, AND I ASK THAT
I WILL BE TRULY BLESSED BY THIS PROCESS
The energies of this system will automatically begin to flow and will
usually last for around 20 – 30 minutes. When you feel that the flow
of energies has come to an end, reground yourself and thank your
guides, archangels, guardian angels and all beings of light. As you
accept this attunement, you might occasionally feel a tingling or
electric sensation within the palm chakras and heart chakra. When I
have accessed the frequencies of this energy, I will also at times
experience heart palpitations, but please do not worry if this
happens when you are accepting the attunement. It is a physical
manifestation of the energies correcting any defects and energetic
blockages within the heart chakra area. Always accept whatever is
given to you during your attunement. There is no right or wrong way
to receive this connection.

Sensing Your Attunement
While I understand that for many, the visuals and sensations of
energy flowing through them during an attunement are of great
importance there will be times when nothing is felt and this can be
worrying for some people. As a teacher and recipient of
attunements for 25 years, I have learnt that the sensing of the
energies is just a tiny aspect of the overall experience of being
attuned. If you are blessed with visuals, you might see vivid colours
swirling around you and in front of your eyes while they are closed
or you might see flashes of light while your eyes are closed. You
might sense the presence of beings around you {these will be
guides, angels, masters etc.}. Then some will not feel or see
anything. If this occurs, DO NOT WORRY! The actual percentage of
students who will receive visuals and sensations is very small.
When nothing is felt, this usually signifies that the attunement is
working within your etheric background rather than at the forefront
of your consciousness. This form of energy will therefore slowly
filter through your consciousness over some time, bringing subtle
changes to your energy field as it is filtered by your spiritual body.
You can of course re-attune to the energies and if you do this, I
recommend that you call it in again at night when you go to bed so
the energies can assimilate themselves into your consciousness as
you sleep but I understand that this will again result in not feeling
the energies. At the end of the day, you must have FAITH in your
intentions and you must BELIEVE that you were attuned. As long
as you have intended for the energies to be received, the
attunement will be assimilated into your consciousness.
